The Heart-to-Heart Foundation is a Kenyan medical charity dedicated to the prevention, control and treatment of heart diseases in needy children. Since its inception in 1993, the foundation fulfils its objectives through the following programmes: 

• A Curative Programme which offers free heart surgery to deserving patients, implantation of pacemakers and procurement of medical supplies for the needy patients.

• A Rheumatic Fever Prevention Programme (RFPP) which seeks to eradicate rheumatic heart disease. This is done by informing the public about the dangers of throat infections, encouraging lifestyle change and through the training of healthcare workers at the grass-roots.

• A Research, Education and Training Programme, which aims to sponsor participants to cardiac related seminars and conferences,

• And a Pacemaker Programme, which involves collaboration with Heartbeat International.
